Witness scripts that people will actually follow

Ask for observations, not vibes

Record dissent

If a witness refuses to confirm, that refusal is a first-class event. Logging “blocked — serial mismatch” teaches more than a forced green check.

Practice aloud once

Reading the script silently is not rehearsal. A ten-minute read-through during office hours catches awkward phrasing before a live move.
