Acceptance

By using this website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use. Enrollment in paid programs may involve additional written agreements; where conflicts arise, the enrollment agreement controls for that purchase.

Educational purpose

Content about Private Key Handling Tracker methods is informational and instructional. It is not financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. See also our Not Financial Advice notice.

Accounts and communications

When you contact us through forms or email, you confirm that information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use that contact channel.

Intellectual property

Course text, templates, graphics, trademarks, and site design are owned by Logicroute Hub or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or republish materials except for personal learning use expressly permitted at enrollment. Limited quotation with attribution for non-commercial commentary is allowed when it does not reproduce substantial modules.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content at abusive volumes, upload malware, or misrepresent affiliation with Logicroute Hub. You may not use our materials to facilitate theft, unauthorized access, or other unlawful activity.

Third-party links

Links such as the Microsoft Store home page are provided for convenience. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or policies.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and materials are provided “as is” without warranties of completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Operational security decisions remain yours alone.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Logicroute Hub and its instructors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or digital assets arising from use of the site or courses. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the site shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific program giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim, or KRW 100,000 if you have not paid us.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Logicroute Hub against claims arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Seoul shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
